Wow! What an incredible four days the team had in Iceland celebrating with Ragna her 30 years in business. Right before we arrived, Reykjavik had a record breaking snowfall which made for the most wondrous snow-capped views at every turn, it was literally impossible to capture a bad photo for our memory bank.
Highlights included the Gullfoss Waterfall, Thingvellir National Park and Fridheimar Greenhouse where we dined amongst organic tomatoes and basil plants, feasted on homemade soup and bread, washed down with a Happy Mary or two!
On day two we ventured South East with a destination of the world famous Blue Lagoon where we all enjoyed a soak in the geothermal pools topped off with a silica face mask. This is a must do in Iceland, the geothermal water originates 2,000 metres below the surface, where freshwater and seawater combine at extreme temperatures.
Celebrating this milestone with the Chase Erwin team is a memory we will treasure. A very big thank you to Ragna for an unforgettable experience and a huge congratulations on your 30 years in business!
